There is no sensery nerve endings in the skull or brain, so it makes sense. How you wouldnt he notice the impact is beyond me also, and why wouldnt there be blood?

Man, I thought this guy was stupid. On CNN news in the morning they showed a lady who had been stabbed in the neck with a knife and didn't know it. Apparently she thought someone had thrown a rock at her or something. They even showed surveillance footage of her in the grocery store with the knife still lodged in her neck.
