On your aminals section, the parent bird with the eggs is my my favorite. It's simple, but has a lot for pose to it.

Even without any description, I'm really compelled to see this idea realized. And those scenary images really are the best work I've every seen from a member here, and that should still say a lot.

From the looks of them, it seems as though your using watercolor, a technique that I find somewhat cumbersome. But you've cleary got its fundamentals down enough to make lighting effects with enough depth to be believable. I could say more but no one else is being gush heavy, so I mostly just hope you run with this new project.

*edit* oh, its 'acrylic' that your using. This could seem dumb, but do watercolor and acrylic paints go hand and hand, or run together? (art joke. yuk, yuk, yuk.)

Acrylic and watercolor are both waterbased, so you can use similar techniques with them, like reactivating the surface(wet the canvas and rub on a spot and the color will come off). Partly because of technical inabilities, I use them the same way, so people often think my acrylic paintings are done in watercolor.
