  3. Does this at least support 480P? Capcom vs SNK 2 did so can I assume Anniversary does?
Korly-"Everyone here is an asshole, SURPRISE!"

  4. so how does this version compare to the PS2 version as far as quality of the porting from the original source? I've heard the PS2 version is not arcade perfect by any stretch...is the Xbox version fixed then or?

I don't have live anymore... but the Xbox and RGB monitor is coming on the tour. Street Fighter will be played in the van... be there!

  6. Does the game make up for that arcade cab you sold off?

    Btw, who has it now?
"Your soul better belong to Jesus, mmm-mmmmm..... cause your ass belongs to me!"

Well this point has been asked and answered several times already. It's just a port man of the PS2 edition, there are no distinctions. Not sure what you're looking for in terms of arcade quirks and shit -- Thrid Strike for example has been reported to allow players to easily pull off kara-cancelling with ease -- but on Xbox Live, you have to pull off the moves immediately. Parries take some adjustment too, because of lag.

Here's the discussion regarding kara-cancelling in detail (which if you're privvy to that "glitch" has been retained in the home version).

Can't really comment on the logistics of what's different from "Hyper" compared to the arcade iteration. Hopefully Masaka or Destin can offer some thoughts. In the end, (that is if you're playing online), you'll be more concerned about just having a solid connection and consistent competition to play.

See you folks in several hours.
