I don't think that really means anything. I think that just means you can use it to play online. I don't think these have a dongle slot.Originally Posted by Xeno G
Hm, while I definitely can't dispute your concerns, they still seem a bit exaggerated. It's ashame that Capcom didn't code the game properly so that a player could gracefully forfeit competing before a match goes underway -- but that's the card we've been dealt with. Don't worry so much -- or at least, get worked up AFTER it's been revealed that everyone as you put it is suddenly less interested in taking advantage of the entire roster.Originally Posted by galvatron
And for what it's worth -- if you're truly looking to study up and improve your skills, playing online isn't the ideal place to achieve that unless arcades are non-existant in your area.

It says the same thing on the SF Anniversary joystick box so I just assumed it would mean the same for the pads. But we'll see.Originally Posted by Glass Joe

Chux, I saw that this morning as well, and was bummed out. I don't mind it so much though, as it will definitely allow me to have time to get used to the S pad.

Eh? The joystick is already available though, apparently an exclusive for the time being at EB Games.Originally Posted by Xeno G

Yes, I know. I was just saying that since the same company is putting out the pads and that since the joystick (and every other pad with the communicator port) says "xbox live compatible" on the packing that it's reasonable to assume the new xbox SF pads will have the port also. Every description I've seen for the pads includes "xbox live compatible". Plus they're slightly more expensive than the PS2 ones so there better be a communicator port on there.Originally Posted by bahn

I don't tend to talk during my matches anyways -- but it's great to know it's available.
Well then it's going to be real quiet when we play because I only talk when I'm kicking ass.Originally Posted by bahn

The big SF joystick does indeed have a working XBL communicator port, & nuby made that, so you have nothing to worry about with the controllers, Joe.
