I don't know if I'd go that far... I saw worse this year... but yeah, it sucked pretty bad.

The Remix
- Eternal Sunshine should have been nominated for best picture, but I'm happy with the best screenplay selection.
- Why do they only select three movies for best animated film and best special effects? It's nice to see The Polar Express nominated for all those technical things (as well as best song), but it should be in the best animated film catagory. And on a related note, if you live by an Imax theatre go see the polar express in 3d, it will blow your fucking mind.
- Garden State doesn't deserve to be nominated for anything. It's a decent movie that loses a lot after subsequent viewings.
- Lemony Snicket's deserves all those technical awards it was nominated for.
- I never imagined that I'd ever see anything Tupac related at the Oscars.
- The Aviator is over rated.
- Best Film Editing - # THE AVIATOR (Miramax) - lol, I bet it'll win this as well.
- Shrek 2 sucks.

I never heard of Finding Neverland and Sideways, how are they nominee's for the best picture? Is my media seclusion causing me to miss good films or were they non-noteworthy?
Actually they're both incredible. Sideways deserves the best picture award... but Aviator will probably steal it.
