The Simpsons and Futurama employ different comedy styles (or employed, in Futurama's case), and I'm thankful for it. I look for different kinds of jokes from each show, and they usually deliver. Hell, the newer Simpsons, as I mentioned before, are getting up there in quality. There was a recent episode that really could have passed for a "classic" era one, barring a few odd jokes.
Family Guy has had some really great moments (Brian singing to the dying old lady being a favorite of mine). I hope they avoid ripping off Simpsons jokes and techniques with the new episodes though.

I love Futurama, Simpsons, and Family Guy. I'm also really looking forward to American Dad (still on tonight after the Superbowl?). Admitted, the Simpsons used to be a lot better but they're still fun if you go in with seriously downgraded expectations.
Slightly on topic, the Family Guy game will suck. Maybe they can pass it off as a tribute to the memory of Acclaim?

I'd agree with watching Futurama in order to get the most out of it in later episodes. They do a lot of throw backs and being familiar with the characters make it more enjoyable.
The point is, this thread works better as a Futurama vs Simpsons thread than as a Family Guy videogame thread.
My work here is done.
I really wish all of you (the universal you, not strictly this board) Futurama-touting motherfuckers would have started supporting the show before it was cancelled forever.

You gotta give Fox credit. They are the only network I have seen take chances on adult-oriented animated shows.
The only other show like it was some alien-invasion Drama they aired on the WB a long time ago.
