That's one of my most replayed games ever but there's still one training level I never beat. I skip it most of the time since it's optional but even when I do attempt it I continuously fail.Originally Posted by Jed
Kenseiden was the bane of my 12 year old existence. I have no idea why, it wasn't that difficult, but it consistently whipped my ass.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned ET. I tried to play it again a couple years ago, and still couldn't figure out what the fuck to do.

I made it to the Technodrome. I was at the hallway before the Shredder, and I died. There's these jetpack guys that fly across, and the only way to kill them without taking damage is either Don's bo when he's low on health, or a scroll.'Originally Posted by Regus
THAT's the secret, hoarding like 100 scrolls for each turtle and using that the rest of the game. I never did it, of course, got to the Technodrome playing regularly, but having that many scrolls would make the game a lot easier.
There're also some retarded ass jumps in that game.

The real question here is, WHY THE FUCK DID YOU TRY ET A COUPLE YEARS AGO?????!!?!?
lord of the sword SMS
the only game that my brother and I didn't beat for the master system..
i think it is doable, butUGH!! anyone do it here?
It took me a while but I beat it. The cruel thing about that game was the limited continues. It was just begging for some sort of save points.Originally Posted by sedition
That's the thing about old games. The ones that have no continues seem very hard, because while the action may not be intense, you have to be on your game the whole time. That's the deal with me an Action Fighter. As a shmup (well, the shmup part of it), it's much less manic than other impossible stuff, but you only got the time + 5 lives or so (like Spy Hunter).
