Thread: Metroid Pinball

  1. Wow. GG Nintendo. Christ.

    ...

Buy Yakuza and Oblivion. Help yourself, help TNL.

  2. The mario pinball table was also really small. You can infer whatever you want out of that.

All I can say is that I'm not really surprised but it could work out pretty well (I wonder if you can lay down mines?)

That's probably it. Was it just titled "Super Mario Bros."?

  5. I actually think if you can use like 3 bombs per jump or something and use them to save your life or whatever a few times, it'd be kinda cool.

My mother enjoys pinball a great deal, so when I got the VB, she spent a ton of time with that game. I remember her telling me one day something weird happened and the screen said "Let's go, Samus" and my interest in the game doubled. I did get to play the minigame, it was nothing spectacular but it was a cute bonus.

Metroid Pinball could be done well. Pinball of the Dead was awesome. I'm not going to make excuses for Nintendo doing this, it seems really shitty, but if we get a good pinball game out of it I won't be too torn up.

  7. This also reminds me of the Pinball Game & Watch I own.

Hrrm, I'm still not buying a DS.

  8. The best thing is all the people bitching about this don't have to buy it. Get over this already. I'm not buying this game becuase I also agree the concept is dumb ,but I'm not going to shit all over the game for no damn good reason. Believe it or not the game might turn out good.

Enlighten me. First I heard of this....

Oh yes, and Metroid Pinball is a hella dumb idea but it doesn't ruin my childhood nor does it come to mind as I enjoy 8-bit aural bliss playing NES Metroid on my DS with some headphones.

And no I won't buy Metroid pinball.
