Microsoft doesn't often delay things but it also doesn't have a history of releasing second rate equipment. I reckon 50/50 they'd delay it to improve it.Originally Posted by Dipstick
I'm curious why people see the need to buy consoles the moment they are released. I've never owned one because I've always been satisfied by a small number of games available on my PC. At the moment I'm circulating through 4 games and I've been on the same ones for the better part of 6 months. Besides I'm mainly a FPS fan. Who wants to use a control stick for that![]()
Good god that system wip it terrible. Fucking cunts keep reducing stackability. I wish they'd make it look more like a piece of entertainment hardware and less like a toy.

There is no way that Sony would make the PS3 look like that. NO WAY. Well, okay, they might be that crazy, but that would be beyond typical Sony insanity.Originally Posted by Andrew

I like that the next gen releases aren't launching at the same time. Who wants them all to be equally powerful and come out at the same time so they can buy 3 consoles in a week? If one comes out each year for the next three years that would be great. We'll get a variety of game designs for the next 5-6 years instead of every system being capable doing the same thing.
Xbox 2 to Break E3 Embargo? – March Showing Mooted
>> From Spong.com:
Read the whole article on Spong.com.SPOnG believes that Microsoft is set to surprise the gaming world by showing its Xbox 2 console well before this May’s E3 show, slated for mid-May in Los Angeles.
According to two independent sources, the Redmond software giant has an Xbox 2 conference of ‘significant importance’ slated for some point in March 2005, which SPOnG has been led to believe will include software and hardware being displayed to the public for the first time.

True, but they had word of the Sakaguchi announcement a day or two before it was announced, so they are occasionally right.Originally Posted by BrAnDX105
