And rezo - great stuff as always. I need to bust out the paints and a decent canvas one of these days and see what I can do. It has been years and years since I've painted anything and lately I've kinda missed it.
Finally scanned a few drawings from my sketchbook. The first is just some funky penguins. Then a sketch I did as a concept for a silkscreen I've posted before with the "bubble people". Next, more recently I decided to give the "bubble people" another shot. Then there's a funny old naked dude, and the last one is kinda lame and emo, but whatever.

I like the second "bubble people" composition the best. It's fun, yet disturbing. The texture the bubbles create is really nice, and keeps the eye moving even if you can't really figure out the picture.
Nice stuff guys. It really has been cool watching all of you progress over time.
My personal life has been kind of crazy for the last couple of months, but I have still been painting when I can. I have really been stepping up the work lately & I hope I can post some of it soon. Next month will be a year since I last posted something. I really hope to change that soon.
I still haven't quite gotten the hang of this Wacom thingy since it's terribly awkward to use at first, but I'm starting to get the hang of it. Just a simple little drawing, for a simple little simple.
