Cream Soda vs. Root Beer

For work some German guys came over to do some business. We went to A&W one day for lunch. They hated the rootbeer (A&W has a tap onsite and chilled mugs). Said it tasted like toothpaste or fluoride.
I told em maybe if they would brush their teeth more often they could tell the difference.

Dude, it tastes that way to me, too. I think I mentioned that earlier.

Root beer, but it's about 100 times better out of a just-short-of-frozen bottle or mug than out of a can.

Remember my thread in Fight Club where people were complaining I was being a jerk, more than usual? (i'm usually 1/2 and 1/2) Well I was working at a factory then pulling 12 hour night shifts, and I really got a taste for gingerale when I was working there. It really tastes good, and is light so it doesn't bog you down when you need to get to work (mental or otherwise). I like the taste a lot, and up here in Canada we get a killer gingerale called Canada Dry, it's absolutely the greatest gingerale in the world hands down.

Don't ask me how our ale being dry makes the difference, but it does.

BTW, I was cutting through Walmart to get into the mall one day and noticed a knock-off called Dr. Thunder. Same color bottle and everything. Costs next to nothing, too.

Anyone who is a Ginger Ale fan and has not tried Vernor's is truly missing out

Vernor's is amazing stuff, but its hard to find here, ive only found it in 6 packs at random grocery stores.

Yeah, where I used to live they have always had it. It was imposible to find when I moved to Wisconsin, but now they get it to. I have always loved the stuff, but I guess it is the pink stuff they have in Canada, and it rocks. Beats anything in a float.

Barqs used to make all kinds of flavors according to my dad, all of them rocked.
