What did you guys think of the live-action version of “The Last Airbender”?

Konietzko: We’re just really focused on this new show right now, and kind of taking this off in its own direction and not concerning ourselves with that right now.

Man, the clips I've seen of that film are astounding. Like, jaw-droppingly bad. Who the fuck gave him all that money? Who allowed it to be released? Christ.

Still, it did decently at the box office so I guess I already know the answer.

Yeah it's funny how they politely but obviously distanced themselves from it. One of the reasons I was so excited about the film before it came out was the enthusiasm that the creators showed for it in the special features, too.
