Man this show is so pretty! Good to have it back on. We got some new characters and the set up for the season. Let's see if Korra's uncle turns out to be a complete (if well meaning) maniac.
I was not a fan with the amnesia ending of last weeks episode, but holy shit did that lead into an incredible two parter. Mind boggling art and direction that was amazing to watch. They put that whole story into one night so now it's back to the present next week.
i've really grown to not like korra at all. hopefully the amnesia and everything will help her become a more well rounded character instead of a bratty twat that thinks she knows everything and does't accept help from anyone that doesnt do darth sidius impressions.
Off to a good start! 2 weeks after Book 2 and the world has changed (for the worse?). Korra's trying to settle things down, new air benders have appeared and this years big bads are a team of 4. Their breakouts are awesome in typical Avatar action ways and the return of a series favorite character at the end of the second episode means things are looking really promising.
Edit: Shit, there were 3 episodes aired, not 2! Episode 4 airs July 11th
