Well that's like, your opinion, man.
Believe it or not, I'm not really that "pumped". I'm medium-muscular, just "solidly built". Visually, I don't seem to weigh that much (I've been told that I "look" like I'm around 180 lbs), but when I get on a scale you'll see the difference.Originally Posted by The_Meach
Doing PT with the squadron does have it's advantages (Air Force). Various bits of training, routine cardio, running, circuit training, but I've not benched anything in a while.
I eat pretty good, and burn it all up quickly. Feeding me is a bitch and 1/2 on the wallet.![]()

lift weight
Work out at least 3 times a week. I like to work out 4 to 5 times.
Cut out the big meals. Stil eat things you like but not as much...
Drink LOTS of water.
And stop getting on the scale checking your self everyday..
Dance
DDR is good too
And thats what I do often. Also push ups every day and situps every day at least 2 sets of 20....
Dont be a robot, be human.

I wish to see real pictures of the results of the DDR workout. otherwise, you can go eat a mooky stick if you think im playing some gay dancing games
DDR doesn't seem to burn shit calories unless you play like 30 9footers on nonstop.
Seriously? I thought eating threwout the day was a no no. I've been trying to shed a few pounds (maybe 5 or 10) and ive been trying to eat as few meals as I could. Damnit.Originally Posted by sethsez
Also whats the deal about drinking water with all this losing weight talk. Is it just because water doean't have calories, or is there some crazy "burning calories warming the cold water in your body" logic behind this?

I know someone personally who lost over 100 lbs playing DDR. Another person I talk to regularly online went from 235+ lbs to 150 lbs in a matter of months.Originally Posted by IronPlant
When you don't eat, your body slows down and begins to conserve energy and converts calories into fat so it can survive later. If you eat three huge meals a day and nothing inbetween, you're doing a bad thing for yourself, because if you eat too much you won't burn off everything you ate and you are also slowing your body down by putting a big gap inbetween your meals. By eating small meals about five times a day and intermittent snacks, you keep your metabolism going at a constant rate and burning fat and using energy. And when I say snacks, I mean fruits and vegetables.Originally Posted by NApOLm321
And water cleans your body. It helps get rid of wasted material and it lubricates your body. You can, however, drink too much water which is almost just as bad as drinking too little.
And I'm similar to Fighter-X in body type. I'm 190, but many people say I look 150/160. I, honestly, have big bones and thick-ish body structure. At 6'2", I fit into size 30/32 pants (depending on the store) and into small/medium shirts. I think it would be disgusting to be able to say you're less than 130 lbs.
