don't try to build anything there either. My uncle has been trying to construct a villa near some lake there for years now. It takes forever to do anything, so you can imagine to survey, get the required permits, hire a contractor and do construction is a lengthy processes. They knew all this going in and it's still taking them longer than they ever thought. It's totally nuts.
