That indeed looks like it will be a terrible movie and the lines sound like they're straight out of some random made-for-cable sci-fi movie, but it does intrigue me in that it alludes to the possibility of one day getting a kickass live-action Macross Plus. Probably won't happen, but still.

Saw the trailer for D.E.B.S. at Ong-Bak, and the entire theater let out a huge groan when it ended. I just found it so odd that this movies trailer was shown at an Art House theater.
