I also didn't see much evidence of the brilliant opponent AI that's supposed to be in the game. The cars got in my way just like in Gran Turismo, and even tried to shove me off the course. Only difference in Forza is that you have to pay for vehicle damage at the end of a race, so the AI hijinks hurt twice. Still way too early to make a final call here, though.

The difference here is Forza AI reacts to you and tries to block you or box you out, GT4 AI doesn't know you exist. They will slam right into you in GT4, and in Forza they avoid you. You are way off here man. What game are you playing?

I played this demo at some store the other day and when i went into a turn my car just went into the grass

The difference here is Forza AI reacts to you and tries to block you or box you out, GT4 AI doesn't know you exist. They will slam right into you in GT4, and in Forza they avoid you. You are way off here man. What game are you playing?

Eh, in my brief experience this just isn't the case. I shouldn't really be talking about the game right now, but I've experience more than one massive pile up all because I was ahead of the pack and got on the brakes a bit early.

The game definitely ain't bad, though. In fact, if Gran Turismo didn't exist I'd say Forza was easily the best console sim racer out there (though I honestly haven't played too many).
