So, the no-update loader is just an app, right? It doesn't actually modify the firmware like the version # changer does, right? I'm really nervous about trying that and I'd rather avoid it if possible.

Of course, couldn't they eventually make either of these methods obsolete by making games coded on the assumption that they'll have access to features in the new firmware (for example, using the 2.0 browser to connect to online play servers - no 2.0, no online play).

Umm, Bandit? I need a big ass favor dude. I just got the MGS4 Trailer on my computer and I'm dieing to put it on my PSP to show my friend at school, but iPSP won't convert it. Something about the file is not supported. I can't get PSPVideo 9 on my computer and I don't even care to try anymore. Is there some kind of converter out there that can change it to where iPSP can convert it?

Odd, it's a Windows Media Audio/Video file. You would think iPSP would open it. You think maybe you could convert it or something for me?

How big is the file? If you have a way of sending it..send it over to me or upload it to http://www.megaload.com and I'll download it and than I'll re-up it for you once converted.
