if i upgrade my japanese PSP with the american firmware 2.0(and above) would i be able to play american UMDs on my japanese PSP?

also, since japanese and european UMDs have the same region, do the euro UMDs work on the japanese PSP?

Changing firmwares on a different PSP will not allow you to play different region DVDs. As I stated to you, not all UK movies will work on a JPN PSP.

Most if not all, probably know that GTA:LCS is out. There are ISOs floating. Unfortunately, it does not work with any of the loaders. Reason being is because it needs 2.0 files inorder to load the game. So if you're planning on getting this, you'll have to update to 2.0. Version changers does not work.

There are 2.0 eboot loaders but only some homebrew games work on 2.0 firmware. No emulators or loaders work.
