Wisdom Teeth

My wisdom teeth yanking was pretty problem-free. I have small veins and had a new assistant who failed to get the IV in several times on the right arm, and then again on the left. I looked like I had been shooting up something from all the marks. Despite impacted teeth and not being told about that whole rinse thing, I never got dry socket or anything other than a small blister that popped.

I was knocked out a bit too well. When they woke me up, I couldn't hold the pencil to connect the three dots for my coherency test. They had to supervise me for a while afterwards until it wore off some more. All I remember is laughing a lot about not being able to draw a triangle.

It's weird, but I don't seem to get side effects from most medical drugs. After I got all four of my wisdom teeth yanked at once, the doctor told me that the painkillers would totally knock me out. So I got a perscription for percocet, went home, set up all sorts of lazy shit to do, and took it. No effect whatsoever. Sure, the pain went away, but I wasn't tired or knocked out or anything. I really felt fine. Finally, I just got bored and went out. I even drove.

Yeah except for the 5 mins on the first Vics i took, I've really felt nothing except relaxed for an hour after every dose.

That's because of your superior Irish genes my friend. We suffer no ill effects from doses that would have the lesser breeds in coma's.
