Thanks bandit. The drawings themselves are quick 15-20 minutes. Putting them together on the Gif Animator takes a lot more time 30-60 minutes depending on how complex they are, since I try to match up each frame so they dont shake when it animates.

Thanks. I'm none of those. I just work at Target. I've never taken any animaton classes or 'How to' books, just watching Looney Tunes. I've been drawing my whole life though.

Cowutopia is right. If you devoted that much time to create an animation project (and a very good one), you should consider heading into that field. It would be a shame to let those skills go to waste.
