Thread: The PowerPuff Girls are taken in a new direction...

  1. I'm loving the Mojojojo reworking, as for the rest of this.... no.

    Point taken.

  3. I just don't know what to say. This is the lamest thing I've ever seen.

"All creatures will DIE, and all things will be BROKEN: That is the law of the SAMURAI."

I wonder if it will be cheesey as hell and lack any of the hidden maturity that the orginal has in it's writing.

  5. No you don't. You know as well as I do that the odds of it being a cheap cash-in with zero appeal to either males or adults is about 95%.

I'm remaining 5% optimistic, just in case. I think I'm wasting my limited store of optimism, but what can you do?

  6. Its the fucking Power Puff Girls, who cares? Kids don't, they'll watch either way.
    Barf! Barf! Barf!

  7. They look almost exactly as they do in that shitty fan-comic that guy made. That guy should sue, just so Nick and CN and all the other networks whose IP he raped can take him to court and make him destitute.
    Time for a change

  8. My favorite moments in PPG were when they'd blatantly mock anime.

    Now this happens.

  9. I knew the end was near when PPG became popular. They stopped putting in the adult inside jokes (like Buttercup slipping the Prof a rubber before his big date) and started to follow predictable cliche after cliche.

The "re-styling" of the Looney Tunes is much worse than this.
