Thread: Burnout Revenge

  1. Well, since I don't want it for current Xbox, I guess I'm SOL. Thanks.

That's bull. At mine they just had a stack of ones for Xbox sitting below the game shelves in that section and the same thing for the PS2. I could've taken the whole stack of both if I wanted.

  3. Damn I didn't check the Xbox side, but they had ones for PS2 and me and my buddy grabbed one. Game's looking pretty snazzy.
    Time for a change

  4. Yeah, I liked it and all. I just wish there was more to the demo.

"All creatures will DIE, and all things will be BROKEN: That is the law of the SAMURAI."

  5. It's more of a teaser than a demo. Pretty successfull one if you want to play more.

  6. New preview at IGN for the PS2 version http://ps2.ign.com/articles/641/641775p1.html

Game is due out in about a month and this preview is from a near final build of the game.

  7. The shit looks hot.

Shortcuts, better level designs, nicer graphics.....can't wait.

  8. For anyone with the Burnout demo, and a modded Xbox, there is a file pack floating around out there that'll let you use 4 different cars in the demo. It just overwrites the one car you usually use though, and I didn't notice any of them having dramatically different stats or anything.

    Kinda cool though.

Looks like Yellowcard and the like are gonna be shitting all over this game.

The one thing that turned me off about Burnout 3: Takedown was the craptastic soundtrack.

  10. Silent Drive was on the soundtrack as well as Rise Against... other than that, yes BO3 had shit music... but there's no music in Crash mode anyway Custom Soundtracks are your friend.
