That's where I work. A friend of mine did the website 3 years ago. He mostly shot rubber bands at erasers. I'm an english major who's taken 1 year off of school and aiming to get back in.

Here, I used to redraft pension plans to comply with law changes, but now that the huge restatement deadline has passed I mostly run studies on new cases to figure out the best retirement plan design that fits their business profile. Basically I try to make sure the owners get the biggest benefit under the law that they possibly can, while marginalizing the employees' (mostly women and mexicans, it's sad but true) benefits.

99% of the time the goal is to give the owners the max and the employees the min however I can by twisting the laws, but every so often we hit a decent employer who cares about their employyes as much as themselves.

This is not the career I want.
