The thing about baseball is that it's a good passtime. It's one of the only things America has done right without messing up. Baseball on TV is boring, but if you go to the game you'll see the reason why it's great. It's a slow game, so you don't have to be all up and into it. I have no negative opinions on Europeans on the whole (kind of silly to have an opinion on millions of people from different countries that share no common bond other than the corner of the world they were born in), though I take major offense to the thought that all Americans are lazy.
I'm not saying everybody has that opinion, or that I even know if anybody has it, but people in the United States work harder and for more hours than any other country in the Industrialized world. That is a fact. I know people probably think that we are lazy because they don't know any better or it is a cool opinion to have, but the great majority of people in this country are anything but lazy.
