Anyway, Durex did an informal survey on penis sizes in England. I heard about this on some Canadian show called Sex Files.

According to the survey:

When it came to how well the condoms fit:

Whites: Okay. Some said the condom was too big, some said they were too small.
Asians: Most said it was too large.
Blacks: Most said it wouldn't fit.

When it came to breakage:

Whites: Some said it would break, some said it would never break.
Asians: Almost all said it never broke.
Blacks: Most said it broke regularly.
