  1. The Best Buy I work in still has some from its initial shipment of like 240 I think. I have seen many come back and exchanged for new ones because of dead pixils, so they might have less than they actually sold. And you can go to any of the Best Buys in my area (minneapolis/st.paul with suburbs) and get one with out a problem at all.

Every store sold out of DSs in the first 3 days, and then sold out every shipment for several more weeks. Granted that was the holidays, I expect that to happen for the PSP this Christmas as well though.

  2. I am baffled as to why American gamers take any more stock in Famitsu scores than they do, say, EGM scores. Because if you actually look at the mag, you will see that they devote about as much space to their review as EGM does, and if you read a translation (not a Babelfish one, someone by a real human being), youll see that they dont have any great insights or anything. The magazine really is EGM Japan. Does anyone care when a game gets a perfect score in EGM? I dont think so.

Me too. Although I hear it's more of a Touristy Town, it's a beautiful place. We'll probably wind up living near LA instead.
San Diego is basically a sprawled out shopping mall with amazing beaches. I'm not sure I'd want to raise kids in LA but I would in San Diego. LA is more of a place for young people, you move to San Diego when you actually got responsibilities.

  3. I don't care that it got 40/40, just saying that may have to do with increased DS sales. I can't begin to understand how it got a 40/40, other than it was reviewed by the Japanese, and they seem to eat this kind of crap up.
    Barf! Barf! Barf!

  4. I always proclaimed Nintendogs to be wicked awesome. I'm glad I purchased a DS. Animal Crossing + Nintendogs is a cool deal.

I was thinking about this yesterday.

If a customer (or anyone I see on the street for that matter) has a portable system in his hand, it's a GBA or PSP. I've yet to see a DS.

Nintendogs is cool. It's hardly a game, but it's a fun toy. Which is why I'll be getting it--it's unlike anything else on consoles, it's entertaining, and that's worth a purchase.

Does it have perfect controlls? Becuase GTA is entertaining but you think it's total crap because of the controlls.
