Saints Row demo impressions-

I wasn't too impressed by the videos I've seen of it in action. The multiplayer has some good ideas, and I laughed when I saw their version of Wendy's in the game (Freckle Bitch's), but other than that, it looks like it's going to be a shitty GTA like you described.

I like what they did with it. Theres really not much else that needed to be done. Its friggin Frogger. All I ask for on my Coin Op Classics is that they support high def. Frogger provides that and better graphics than the original.

My main gripe about Frogger is that it's so tiny. They could have made the game screen a bit bigger. It gives me a headache whenever I play, and I've got a 55 inch HD.

If anyone is hesitating to pick up Kameo for 20 bucks at Sears or Circuit City if the sale is going on near you, do it.

The underwater sections are absolutely incredible looking. Obviously they aren't photorealistic because of the art style, but they're clean, detailed and just loaded with bubbles. The rest of the game is pretty clean looking as well and the music is really above what I was expecting from a Rare title; gameplay is just average, but for 20 bucks it's good enough to get the job done.

IAWTP. Kameo was the first game I picked up with my 360 and I'd be playing it right now if it wasn't for Oblivion and LOTR.

To get on the Japan marketplace just log out of your account, and then create a new silver gamertag with Japan as your region...you have to have a correct zip code but that's easily found online. I think there better instructions earlier in the thread.

But yeah, the demo is pretty lame - almost none of it is in english and it's just "lock on, shoot, repeat" pretty much the whole time.

It's not an arcade game, and it is going to suck. It looks asstastic, and is fun for nearly a whole 3 1/2 seconds until you realize the game, or at least the demo, is a one trick pony.

I checked out the video for zega a couple of weeks back and thought it looked like japanese ass. I'm not even going to bother trying out this POS. We really need a new good demo for US.

If you go into options, you can resize the screen. The default is way too small.
