I'm not up on my SD card stuff. I did the Ebay search, any kind soul care to confirm that these are what I'm looking for in terms of the Wii memory thingy?

James: Yep, any standard SD card should work. Just make sure that if you pick up one of the Mini or Micro SD cards that it comes with an adapter to make it work in a standard SD slot.

I already picked up a 512 that was on sale at OfficeMax a few weeks ago. Newegg usually has pretty good pricing on them too.

Excellent, thanks. I'll get right on snagging one of these, because with a couple million devices using them hitting the market in slightly over a month, I expect the prices won't be staying in the current $30 range for a spacious 2gigs.

The remnants of the nintendo fanboy in me still forces me to check up on the wii. See if maybe something I actually want to play gets announced.

Really? Mine said hes actually NOT buying one now after seeing it at some meeting he was at. He said something that it either played like fucking shit or that the Nintendo reps playing it were clueless. He thought most of the game looked like garbage also and from the impression he got was that most of them controlled terrible.

But that goes against pretty much everything I've seen. But he is the only one I've physically talked to that seen it. Besides my boss, but he doesnt know shit about gaming.
