Every other company has databases like these, I'm surprised they just now came up with this idea.
Im done with school, so I dont give a shit what they do to people in school.

They could still contact you even after you graduate. They like to recruit graduates to become officers instead of typical grunts..etc.. of course they'll still ship your ass out even if you are an officer. I also don't care though as I'm no student.

I think this has to do with the possibility of Bush bringing on the draft, otherwise I don't see no reason to keep a list.
