Okay, the lack of Tailspin, Rescue Rangers, and Darkwing Duck make this list WOEFULLY incomplete.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and add Bonkers to that.

All of those are from the 90s, with the exception of Rescuse Rangers which was '89. I was born in '81, so I remember a lot of the 80s cartoons. I could go on and on about favorites, and I still watch a lot of cartoons to this day on DVD and digital cable.
