I loved A3, but then again I never actually had anyone to play against that knew what they were doing so I don't know whats broken. But from I assume its the V-Isim.

It's more than just broken.

There were a lot of other annoying things about alpha 3, like bad character art, a retarded announcer, gimmicky -isms for many characters (x-ism Adon? wtf?), silly air throws, faulty collision (Cody), and the fact that x-ism can't decide whether it wants to be Super Turbo or Champion Edition.

It was a fun experiment, and I still enjoy playing it on occasion, but its definitely one of the lesser SF games.

You may be dissing A3, but I don't think it's gonna be too hard to resist it should it come to the xbox with everything that it has on psp gets ported over (Maki and Eagle).

I can't figure why Yun is in there, how old was he when 3rd strike came out?

I thought A3 was the best entry in the Alpha series gameplay-wise (but really lacking in art/graphics.. especially after A2, one of the best-looking 2D games ever). Having never played the 'Upper' versions of A3, I'll try my hand at the PSP version. Hopefully analog support will be included, and load times reduced compared to Darkstalkers CT.

Sounds like another silly rumor to me, but I wouldn't be happier if I'm proven wrong.

This is what the email said, and by the way, the typing errors were kept from the email

I want to tell you that we are making now the street fighter 4 - it will be SFIV - Battle for the past

The email address ended with yahoo.co.jp . . . so it is from Japan
However, that wouldnt stop someone from Japan making this a hoax
I also ran TRACERT with the email address and I got the following message

Unable to resolve target system name, so think whatever you like

I URGE everyone to take the email as nothing right now, because killing hopes would suck
If it truly is legit, I'll let you know ASAP
If its not, I'll still let you know ASAP

As much as I'd love to see it and would possibly kill all of you to get it, there's no way SF4 happening. Capcom, who rehashed the same grainy, pixely sprites for what seemed like hundreds of years throughout the heyday of 2D, doing all new, high-res sprites now when 2D is all but dead? Sure, I'll believe that.

If it happens it'll probably be a 3D shitfest made by some third party like what happened to Final Fight.
