The Batman and Batman: The Animated Series are both exceptional cartoons in a sea of shit. The directing, angles, colour, story, characters and everything else are top notch in both. I love the new direction The Batman takes the series in and I'm glad they reapproached it, because TAS did the original take so well that there was no need for another straight up Batman cartoon series.
