*Whew, I thought this was about the Sega CD FMV game.
New game from Quantic Dream, the makers of Omikron, a game I cannot really remember but seemed to think was pretty great when it came out. Anyway, I wasn't officially excited about this until I played the demo, which was just released. I think any interested should play it too, because it is very promising.
The controls are slightly dodgy, but manageable. The production values and cinematic flare are very nicely done. The music is outstanding and made by Angelo Badalamenti (most of David Lynch's movies, City of Lost Children, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation)!

No, Omikron sucked from day one.a game I cannot really remember but seemed to think was pretty great when it came out.
I liked Omikron. It was kind of like Shenmue, less polished but much more interesting.
Like I said, I don't remember it at all, but from what I DO remember it was too ambitious for its time. Anyway, I remember liking the atmosphere and concept of the huge futuristic city (+ David BowieOriginally Posted by diffusionx

Great useless, totally groundless opinion though, really. Anyway, this thread isn't about Omikron.
Melf, same here. I was expecting firefighting in this thread, and now I'm sad.

I thought this game was call "Indigo Prophecy"?
*edit* Fahrenheit must be the Euro name...
I did a bit of checking, and this is the game's new title. I think a couple of mags have had it listed with the new title as well.

The urgency when you see the cop coming in the other screen and having to decide what to do is awesome. This could end up being an excellent adventure game. It certainly seems to be one of the more original ones.
Yeah, it's a pretty great scene. It was cool being able to exit the bathroom and sit down and eat, pay my bill, put a song on the jukebox and just walk out. I can't think of any other game that would allow you to be so calm. I really hope the rest of the game is like that rather than focusing on action scenes like the trailer seems to suggest. But, it's very possible they just padded the trailer with "exciting parts".Originally Posted by NeoZeedeater
