Was the morphix crack really needed?
Yes, browsing the web is more important than emulation.
No, the PSP's only use is homebrew.
Both, I'm morphix and I have 17 PSPs anyway.
What the fuck is firmware? I'm glad I bought a DS.
I'm a poor slob who can't afford a portable made in the 21st century
Sony announced that firmware update 2.0 will go live in North America on August 12th. This update includes some new bells and whistles for audio and video playback, as well as a web browser for the PSP. The downside is that it is likely a long way from being cracked, so none of the homebrew stuff will run.

Im not going to buy a PSP until it drops in price. Which means it will probably have 2.0 built in. But I dont care, I dont want to play stupid Genesis games and shit (I havent run an emulator in like 3 years), and even if I did, its better on the computer anyway.
Stop being a bitch. What are you, defender of TNL's least popular now? Start sticking up for supermario, too.Originally Posted by Jeremy

The Tenchi No Mon browser has been ripped, so I boot that from my 1.5 and emulate to my hearts desire.
Isn't there a web browser available without upgrading to 2.0?
Well that's like, your opinion, man.
I'm sure the real browser is nice and all, but I like the emulation and it's possible to browse the web anyway, though (I'm assuming) not as nicely.
Do you fuckers flat out not read?
Me? I use the Wipeout browser thing, since I'm too lazy to go and get the other stuff out there. Works fine enough for my needs.
Tenchi No Mon works fine, needs no UMD, and is more advanced than the wipeout "Hack"
