Disc Two of ToE and unlocking everything in Tekken 5.
Good point. I'll give them 6 months to announce something, then I'll dive in foreign waters.Originally Posted by MarkRyan

DDP DOJ, trying to get back in form and hopefully improve my game.
But I really want to play Halo 2 right now, I shouldn't have snapped the disc..
Back on topic, I've pretty muh stopped playing Halo 2 more than a few hours a week. I'm back to fiddling with my town in Animal Crossing and I've been puting time into Xenosaga II, Forza and Mx unleashed.
I'm going to start Jade Empire any day now.
I'm not playing anything. Every time I go to try to start up something I am reminded that this generation needs to end. Microsoft is going to get at least on 360 sale simply by being first to market. I'd rather read about 360 games than play current gen console games now. Thank God for my PC.
I'm also playing Summon Night EX. It's an action-RPG like classic Zelda. There's lots of hack-n-slash swordplay, magic spells which can also open treasures, and a cool gameplay mechanic where you have to swap between the two main characters, Leon & Aiina. Leon can kill blue enemies, Aiina pink, and both all the other colors. When you're using one character, the other is recharging his/her HP & MP. There are only a few villages; not much time is spent chatting.Originally Posted by Rumpy

After years of waiting, I am finally playing Castlevania:Symphony of the Night. So I'm playing this until I get bored of it.
Finally picked up some games that I bought.
Taito Memories - overall a good set, both in the title diversity and presentation. Surprised that Elevator Action Returns has such slowdown. Purirura is strange as all hell, and after beating the game in a half hour I'm glad I never got the PS1 version. Same sentiment goes for Cleopatra Fortune, except I didn't get close to finishing that. Don Doko Don is pretty neat but I have no idea WTF Japjac is smoking for him to believe it's the best game ever made.
Mushihime - initial loading time(s) is the biggest drag, but otherwise everything here is pretty much good. Thank god for a Restart option in the menu.
FF&DQ Itadaki Street Special - yay, it's Monopoly with S-E figures as the board tokens in addition to some new rules. This is definitely a game that benefits from full knowledge of all FF and DQ games, considering the references strewn throughout the game... otherwise, there's little point to play it. Especially considering each round can last at least an hour, and hearing the same 90 second BGM loop through the entire ordeal can become irritating.
We Love Katamari - having heard most of the soundtrack before playing the game, I already came to the conclusion that most of the new songs with vocals in them are horrible, and sure enough they're just as bad for purposes of the game too. I'm also surprised that the loading times for the mid-stage breakpoints are longer. Other than that, everything old is new again and that suits the game just fine.
