I have a vhs tape of 120 Minutes from 1992. Pretty interesting to revisit. I watched it a few weeks ago. The early 90's sucked a lot more than most people remember I think. Though it does have a few good things on it. "The Alternative" on VH1 Classic is like old, old 120 minutes and is always enjoyable. Before 120 Minutes, it was called Post-Modern Mtv and did not last 2 hours.

According to 120 minutes the entire 90s blew. I recently went through an archive site with many playlists for the show and it was at least 95% suck. Ska revival: NO.

It was called "Alternative Nation." At least that's what I remember.

I could have sworn it was called "What's the Alternative" at one point or another. Could be wrong though, it was a long time ago.
