Yoshi does (indirectly) underscore one point- The left is way hypocrytical when it comes to Islam. They go apeshit over anything Christians do or believe (but they aren't flying planes into buildings), but bend over backwards to "understand" the "religion of love".

Islam actually stands for everything liberals claim to stand against (which is why they oppose christianity): Homophobia, Social Injustice, Xenophobia, Violence, Intolerance, etc. It just so happens that a conservative president is involved in a war against islamic entities- hence why liberals are so sympathetic to their cause.

If 9-11 was executed by Christian terrorists (bringing the wrath of Jesus onto the great satan), you bet your bottom dollar the entire left would be in support of the war on terrorism.
