Interesting read, but I think there's more to it than that. Grades don't mean that much, one of my best friends is a brilliant kid but when it comes to school he often doesn't apply himself nearly as much as he can. I still know he's very smart even if he doesn't have the grades to show for it, though.
Barring grades, I think you can just tell that Bush is this redneck guy who got thrust into politics because of his family background. It works for the governor of Texas, but President of the United States? C'mon.
Whatever, I guess it doesn't matter.
