Preorder X360 at EB for only....

why do GS and EB have different bundles? arent they the same company now?

This is old information, but back in March or so when this EB/Gamestop merger was announced, EB's Regional Vice President for South Florida (Florida?), Jose Lebron, didn't know when the merger would take excatly (He also described the merger as, "One gaint whale swallowing another gaint whale to become some sort of gagantic gaint sperm whale.").
He said then that the two stores would offical become one some time this holiday season or early next year. I'm assuming Jeff Griffins, persident of EB, needs to have all the money in his crystal bathtub and not be able to see his any part of his body when he lays down inside of it before he gives the okay for it to take place.

So, my guess is, they have two different bundles because, right now, they are still two different companies and have probably worked out their plans, sales, and all that crap intill the end of the year, if not a little more (I'm sure EB already has the plans for their "Christmas Madcatz Crap Bundle," just like the last two or three years).
I hope they implode upon themselfs when they do merge.

I expect this to be as bad as the PS2 launch because A) it's been a half year of hype, B) people are more primed for launch events than ever, and C) they're launching it around the entire planet on the same day. (Okay, except for South America and Australia/NZ). People were being told back in June that they wouldn't be able to get one in the first wave, and there's going to be no next gen competition. I expect this mofo to be really tough to find.

Bah fuck that I refuse be force fed games because the retailer wants to clear inventory fast(I did that shit with the ps2 and had to buy some shitty fireworks game) . And at the price point of at least the 399.00 pack It won't fly that fast. plus you can probably put money down at Tru for just the system. I'm going try TRU, bestbuy, target or walmart fuck EB and gamestop Is even worse.
