The Cave

Take the antagonist from Predator, a cast like the one from Deep Blue Sea, and add the bad from Open Water (which is the whole movie) and you got The Cave.

There is no character developement and no ending whatsoever. Imagine just randomly being thrown into a movie in the middle. The ending was garbage. Basically, without spoiling much, we are left with nothing. Thinking back now, what was the point of the movie?

The camera movement is horrible (I'd imagine it'd be hard to shoot inside a cave in water, but still). At times, you can't even tell what the hell is going on. Take that and add it with mediocre acting and you got yourself one terrible movie.

I'd just Google the word "cave" and then click on images and look through the various pictures of different caves. You'll problem enjoy that more and it won't cost you a cent. Wait for this one when it hits HBO or something.

There was no thread for this because nobody cared about it. I've only seen one of the movies in your mathematical equation, too, so your wit is lost on me. I don't want to imagine being randomly thrown into a movie in the middle. (and if I was thrown in to the middle it wouldn't really be random, would it?) I've done that, it's called The Spirits Within.

just got back from seeing it. i can understand asking what the point is and the ending being garbage, but i can't fathom how you think we're thrown into the middle of it.

This movie is just the spinoff from 'the descent'. Save yourself the trouble and watch the real thing.
