[..Which I'm yet to play. I got it because A) It was dirt cheap and B) after all the MGS4 talk I felt like playing a MGS title, and realised I didn't own any (though I've played through the other 2).

Don't worry, I've had my copy for months and I haven't even opened it yet. I'm sure it's worth the wait.

Going by the only live track I've heard (Golden Hair on that cd i just bought) they must be amazing live! I knew you liked them too, but I think I missed that big thread you had about them a long time ago. Have you seen Mysterious Skin? They arent on the soundtrack cd, but Golden Hair, Dagger, Catch the Breeze, and maybe some other songs are in the movie. You probably already know that though

Sorry it took me so long to notice this post, I don't check these boards that often. RE: SLOWDIVE, I haven't seen Mysterious skin, but they did an ENTIRE original soundtrack for the movie "I am the elephant U are the mouse" in 1994, which was never officially released. You can find tracks from it at www.mojave3online.com as well as some live stuff and demos and other stuff there.

Sound quality isn't that great and there's some digital pops/clicks now and then but it's not too bad after awhile.

Because I have to say this on this forum, "I am not trying to start something", but what was it about Mushi that through you off? I'm not quite sure yet, but I'm pretty positive i like it more than ESPGaluda.

Do you like dodging thousands of bullets and shooting on occasion? This game is for you!

I played what I believe to be the newest DDP on PS2 and Mushihimesama, and I just don't get it, I really don't. I'd like to, but all of these games feel exactly the same to me, with different graphics.

I guess I'll stick with Gradius V.

Anyway, spoils from the Best Buy clearance: Shaman King and FF1&2 for GBA. Don't feel like replaying FF1 quite yet, but Shaman King is a lot better than I was expecting. That's not to say it's a great game, which it's not, it just doesn't deserve all the shitting on it got when people discovered it wasn't Castlevania.

I don't mind dodging all the projectiles......I do hate, however, in games like Mars Matrix or Giga Wing 2, when there are simply too many bonus/score items coming at you. At many times, you've got more bonus items coming at you than there are bullets, and it gets really confusing. You have to decide what to dodge and what to collect.
