Why the hell did you change your name to "Drinky Milk" FM? In terms of choosing a better name, I think you went the wrong way.

I think it's what 2002 SHOULD have been. If they were able to successfully mix the presentation of both titles, we could have another KOF 98' on our hands.

Whoa, it finally changed! That only took about a month.

Well, let's see:

1st name) iidx-Nick: I've had this screen name since 2000, and I hate anything Bemani these days, so I changed it.
2nd name) I *wanted* it to be "Nick FM" but Nick thought that was too close to his name, so...
3rd name) This is a play off of the stupid little fad that caught attention over at GAF. The Drinky Puppy club.

Might haul today, thanks to participating in a radio-sponsored grand opening. I got a CD, a "Best" of the Beatles DVD covering Peter Best (worst. DVD. name. ever.), a $25 gift ceritificate to Glory Days grill, and a Fox T-shirt. This all came in a decorative Bernie Mac show box covered in BBQ sauce. Then we went to Wal-Mart, and I got Akira (signature series) for $7.50. I almost got T2 for that price, but then saw this and got it instead.

Was going to pick up Winter Assault this week but instead I got snookered by the "buy 2 get 1 free" promotion at EB Games:

Fallout Tactics (PC)
Vampire: the Masquerade: Bloodlines (PC)
Maximo: Army of Zin (PS2)

Fallout Tactics is weird. They just took Fallout's basic combat engine, turned it into a turn-based strategy game, and made the menus more cumbersome (and removed the hexes! WTF!). It may turn out well but I got tired after playing the first mission for two hours without being able to save.

VtM is really awesome, it's Deus Ex set in the World of Darkness. Finally a game that does justice to the Vampire universe. Very well-done, I think I'm halfway through it so far. Lots of replay incentive, too.

Maximo I haven't even gotten to yet.

The combat got brutally difficult later on(at least for my character). I prefer the Deus Ex and System Shock games as far as PC ARPGs go but Vampire is really cool and underrated.

The new Shadowrun is going to rock if it's anything like these games. I'm currently playing the Genesis game and loving it.
