I nearly put in my prior reply, "no sequel in 15 years, not counting the B&W WS version"

It's funny you linked "The Ghoul Realm", I had read everything on that site, including your review of the WS game a couple years ago. I didn't know it was your review though, how would I

So you'd recommend the game eh? I remember ECM put in an issue of Gamefan long ago something along the lines of "not considering the wretched WS version" in relation to this game.

I don't care for handheld gaming at all, do you know if there is an adapter that allows you to play WS games through the TV?

I've always thought about getting a WS for this game, but the B&W & handheld thing, and the negative things I had read about it stopped me from doing so.
Ghouls'N Ghosts=Greatest game known to mankind

Keep in mind how old that review is. I haven't played the game in a few years. I suspect that any B&W handheld game hasn't aged well. Comparing it to the 8-bit GBC games was one thing, but with the GBA, DS, and PSP coming along, the bar is much, much higher.

  3. I didnt care for GnG back in the day, but I thought Maximo was the bee's knees. I would Maximo 3 for the PSP in a second.

If your review was the one that ended with, "Enjoy it while waiting for Rockman and Forte." what happened to you with Megaman since 1999? You clearly are pimping it there in your review, if that was your review.

Rockman & Forte (the SFC one) was the best in the series. It's all been downhill since. It was also on the WS. It's not like major releases were happening every week.

  6. If this is released in JPN one month ahead of the U.S. or earlier, I'm importing it. This and New Super Mario Bros. are my most anticipated games of '06.

I agree that R&F was the best of the best. I just didn't know you liked any of them the way you bash the series. It's all good, It just caught me funny seeing a positive attitude towards it from you.

It is somewhat odd as I look back, so I can see where you are coming from.

Yoshi also acknowledges G&G as a platformer in that review. It's like an alternate universe.

I actually re-read that and was hoping no one would notice.
