They seem to target one freaking race on there. They should know this would be seen as offensive.

They're just reporting the facts. The fact is that there's only black people on these looting videos. If there were vids with whites looting, I'm sure they'd be showing them as well.

Personally, I think plenty of whites are looting too, but they're probably too smart to let someone just stand there and video them doing it.

First off there is only one race and that is the human.

As for targeting one skin pigmentation of the human race, its kind of hard not to in ANY of this news footage, when the majority of the people there at this point in time in the first place have dark skin.

In fact all footage since this thing started even when they were piling in people into the superdome, the majority of the people on the footage had dark skin

I don't care if they are Black, they shouldn't be talking like that. If you're offended by the slang you're obviously an idiot and probably a conformist to the idea of "Being Black" which is why many people look down upon African Americans, however they're just in the position of being exploited, it could easily be White people conforming to the idea of "Being White" which could end up being anything that society and the Left-Wing government perpetuates as "Being White".

As for Martial Law, I believe it may have already been declared, however the politically correct and pussified climate of today's politics and society no longer allows the military to shoot looters which is probably the only effective way to deal with them. Big thumbs up to our weak and non-reactive government!
