Just bought the Radiata guide. Blitz Ball is such unequivocal garbage, I didn't even bring it up. I have no problem with the battle system nuts and bolts of X.

I spent hours and hours once playing blitzball so I can get the sigil for Wakka's best weapon. When it finally showed up as the prize for the next series, I could only get 1 or 2 games into it before completely burning out. I never ended up getting it because I hated it that much.

Holy ass, this game sucks. I got to the second town after a couple hours, and all I wanted to do was take a break and eat some popcorn, but I couldn't because I COULD NOT FIND A SAVE POINT. They wouldn't even let me leave to go back the way I came and save in front of the first town. It was torture.
Finally, I guess I talked to someone that triggered its existence, because when I checked the inner inner inn room (three rooms deep, no kidding), for the third time, there was finally a save marker.
This game made me want to kill myself.
