    I know it's just a flash game. But the fact that he uses Data East's logo and artwork gives another impression. He even underlines where he says its "his game." He's not even trying to establish that he only made a flash version if it.

    He's being an ass about it, albeit a funny one.

    If that is directed at me, yes I know that it was an NES game. I owned it. But my point was that it wasn't originally an NES game.
