Ass to mouth is a colloquial term in pornography for the removal of the penis from the passive partner's anus followed by the immediate insertion of the penis into the passive partner's or another partner's mouth .

When they are first talking about ass to mouth, Randal, as an example, asks if they have ever kissed their loved ones after going down on them. This would make it sound like ass to mouth is tossing the salad and then kissing even though that is not the case.

Oh, no he didn't mean it like that. He's talking about the dirtiness factor of it it. Since Dante was disgusted by the thought of it, Randal compared it to standard oral. He's saying if you give oral treats to someone, and then kiss them, how much different is A -> M then? Very little, according to Randal.
