Dumb Ebay Question

Hey, I've been trying to buy Grandia II for a few days now (keep being outbid) and I finally found an auction that ends when I'm awake or not in class. Anyhow, on the pictures of the CDs, one of them looks severly damaged. The auctioner says "The disks are in perfect condition, and the area shown is actually a reflection and not on the disk." but I find this hard to believe. Could anyone else tell me waht they think? I'd hate to blow some money on a shitty CD that doesn't work.

It looks like the edge was damaged so bad that it warps the light, I find it hard to believe thats a reflection...

The guy has a decent feedback rating, I would give him the benefit of the doubt. I don't buy damaged goods regardless, but that's your call.

if anything ASK/DEMAND after (before if you can) the auction ends for another picture of that disc & if he does not then simply do not pay it & you would have good grounds to do so

just say your worried & you'll send payment as soon as another pic is shown

I mean if it WAS in fact damaged why would he picture it & THEN claim it as perfect

It just looks so damaged I don't see how it COULDNT be. So you guys think I Should bid, and then ask for another picture before I send him the money? Couldn't he leave me a bad feedback for that?

i was thinking the same. between this and "mortal kombat" almost every other post since being banned, it's wearing quite thin.
