Can someone give me a rundown on all the games in the series. Like a timeline, and alternate titles. Where does Vampire Saviour 2 come in?

JPN / Vampire Savior: Lord of the Vampire
1997

USA / Only released on the PS, with Vampire Hunter 2 as a secret option, so it contains both games, although the differences are minimal.

Oh, geez...let's see...I'll list them with their American names first, Japanese names second, from earliest to latest...

U.S.-Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors Japanese-Vampire: The Night Warriors
U.S.-Nightwarriors: Darkstalker's Revenge Japanese-Vampire Hunter: Darkstalkers Revenge
U.S.-Darkstalkers 3 (U.S. PSX title) AKA Vampire Savior: The Lord Of Vampire (U.S. Arcade title- boy, was I suprised they used this) AKA Darkstalkers: Jedah's Damnation (Alternate U.S. arcade title, thankfully never used, though Gamefan's strategy book mistakenly used this title) Japanese-Vampire Savior: The Lord Of Vampire

Then of course, there were two Japanese "sequels" to Vampire Savior, which in fact were just with one or two characters added or taken away- Vampire Savior 2 and Vampire Hunter 2. PSX Darkstalkers 3 and the Japanese Saturn Vampire Savior combine all the versions of Vampire Savior so that is contains all the Darkstalkers characters ever. As for a timeline, do you mean the year each game was released, or some sort of actually timeline for the events in the game...?

Just wondering did Jon Talbain appeared in any other game besides the Vampire fighting series since I am a big fan I hoped he would be in the Pocket Fighter game but alas The only other game I can think of is Card Fighters Clash for NGPC, where there any else?

Sadly, he appeared in several backgrounds, but was never playable outside the Vampire series
